We build with clarity, act with integrity, and empower with compassion

About Belinda

I’m Belinda, the founder of Pathway Collective, an experienced independent support provider with decades working privately and within the NDIS, backed by a lifetime dedicated to supporting people.

I specialise in working with individuals living with ASD, ADHD, complex behaviours, PTSD, addiction, and depression. My focus is on keeping participants motivated, engaged, and moving forward with confidence. I’m passionate about empowering people to take full ownership of their choices and daily activities, always guided by what matters most to them.

With a strong background in allied health, personal development, team management in Government organisations, and a wide range of alternative therapies, I bring a warm, practical, and “CAN DO” approach to every interaction. I create supportive, resonant environments where people feel safe to explore their potential and grow at their own pace.

I believe real progress happens when participation is voluntary and aligned. That’s why I only work with those who genuinely choose to work with me. I intentionally keep a small number of regular clients so I can be fully present, attentive, and responsive to each person’s needs.
